Swimmers who are 12 or older are asked to come to the NoVa Synchro Day of Service at the Capital Area Foodbank. Sign-up to volunteer!
- All volunteers need to have liability waivers filled out and submitted.
- NVS has 20 slots for this service event.
- The volunteer event will be followed by a pizza party at Fireworks Pizza in Arlington.
