Come celebrate synchronized swimming with NoVa Synchro (NVS)! Synchronized swimming is grace under pressure. It is a demanding sport requiring great strength, endurance, flexibility and exceptional breath control. Watch our swimmers perform their routines and put on a terrific show. Hope to see you there!
